1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
A pinch of salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Place all ingredients in a large bowl (or container with a lid). Stir until the mixture begins to thicken (about 2 minutes).
Leave the container outside and stir for 30 seconds every 10 minutes, for about half an hour.
Put it in the fridge overnight and let it thicken even more.
Serve alone or with fruit, granola, or soy whipped cream.
